How Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help
Phobias are learned behaviors. Human beings are only born with two fears - heights and loud noises. Through Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy we can change the brains response to a phobia with a technique called rewind and re-frame. This process rewires the brain’s response to that particular phobia and ultimately changes the phobic response to that situation.
